Learn how Dupe Points are earned from market making and trade volume.
Dupe Points reward activity that contributes to Dupe such as trading and improving liquidity and item pricing on Dupe. Points are earned in two ways: Market Making (weekly) and Trade Volume (per trade).
Every time you buy or sell an item on Dupe, you are contributing to the health of the marketplace through the buy/sell volume that you generate. As a result, Dupe rewards you for each trade that you make through Dupe points.
Trade volume points are calculated directly from the trade price:
Formula: points = tradePrice * 10 (rounded to the nearest integer).
Market Maker points reward configurations that improve Dupe liquidity and pricing. The more favorable your market making setup is for buyers and sellers, the more points you earn.
Your weekly Market Making points are calculated from a few core factors:

Base points are capped at 7,000 and weighted as:
Note: spread and relist premium categories are additionally gated by the economic contribution multiplier before being added into base points.
After base points, these multipliers apply:
Your allocated capital applies a multiplier to your base points:
If your configuration beats the platform averages (the average spread and relist premium accross all active market making strategies), you receive a bonus multiplier:
Each side contributes up to half of the total bonus, capped at 1.5x overall.
If the same item is present in multiple active configs, Dupe awards that item to only one config:
To keep rewards fair, the following rules are applied:
